O unico ponto menos positivo é ter estacionamento próximo, mas quase sempre ocupado sendo às vezes necessário estacionar a mais de 100 metros de distância. No entanto, para carregar e descarregar malas podemos parar sem obstáculos na porta do edifício. É bem servido de elevadores e o apartamento é muito bom com tudo o que é necessário.
